Registration Information

YFMP currently runs after school and summer programs in 5 Twin Cities neighborhoods, Lyndale and Powderhorn in S. Minneapolis, Hawthorne in N. Minneapolis, Frogtown in St. Paul, and the West Side of St. Paul.

All of YFMP programs are neighborhood based, meaning youth that live or go to school in these neighborhoods receive priority registration into all programs. YFMP’s board and staff are committed to continuing to be a free resource for youth and families in these urban neighborhoods. If you live or go to school in Lyndale, Powderhorn or the West Side, please contact the Program Director of that neighborhood to get a registration form. Program Director contact information can be accessed here.

If you do not live in one of our focus neighborhoods, you can contact the Program Director of the neighborhood program that is closest to you to be put on a wait list for after school and summer programming. If after our registration deadline passes (for our summer program, this is June 10th), there are still spaces available for youth that do not live or go to school in Lyndale, Powderhorn, Hawthorne, Frogtown and West Side, youth will be admitted from the waiting list on a first come basis.
